Well, since I was bored and didn't want to sort through the BA Craigslists anymore (plus I wanted to play around more with mootools and highslide javascript plugins ) so I created Sid's Lucky5 Calculator. Basically, it mimics what Lucky5 does (so those of you that are on Macs or don't want to install Lucky5) so you can view the process of what happens.
The process is:
Step#1 -> Enter the date you want to view (default is today's date PDT)
Step #2 -> Calculates the lunar data from October 31, 1999
Step #3 -> Calculates the Lucky5 key
Step #4 -> Calculates the IP:Port based on the Lucky5 key
Step #5 -> Calculates the encoded prayer
Step #6 -> If we get a live infected server, you can follow the IP link to connect, copy/paste the Lucky5 key when it connects, and copy/paste the encoded prayer when it lets you into the system. Then you sit back and watch what it spits back out (should not save anything to your local computer).
Also, at the bottom is a link to the WHOIS for that IP address.
Hope it helps some of you!!
p.s. if you find something that's broken or if you think a different approach or explanation for one of the steps would work better, I'm always looking for feedback! _________________ If MUDs had reality altering powers we'd be tits deep in elves by now.

This is fantastic Sid! I can't say that I've ever had a good grasp of Lucky5, but this is really cool _________________ One man gathers what another man spills. |

Excellent idea and work, as always. Thanks, sid! _________________ “All life is only a set of pictures in the brain, among which there is no difference betwixt those born of real things and those born of inward dreamings, and no cause to value the one above the other.” ~H.P. Lovecraft |

That's pretty cool, Sid!
Of course I still have no idea what's happening, but it's fun to play with!
All those numbers and heiroglyphics and MATH sounding stuff...GAK! _________________ Having abandoned my search for the truth I am now looking for a good fantasy.

That is so cool and amazing! It's almost like I'm right there, in the casino!
You just need some bad Russlish translation to make it complete. |

Thanks for the suggestions, Dante and Obtusitivity! I've made some slight modifications to the script. Think of it as v1.1!
Now, if only I could find a spinning coin animated .gif that I could turn into a mouse trailer . . . THEN it would be PERFEKT!
*sid runs off to Google "spinning coin animated .gif" _________________ If MUDs had reality altering powers we'd be tits deep in elves by now.
