I googled B.A Saint Feline and came up with this:
http://www.bseeingu.com

She seems to be your basic wicca/new age weirdo.

There seems to be some kind of number at the top of the page:
321 249 0216
Is this a phone number?

Hey, Hiro. Yeah, we found that website (it's in my post) and called that number. It's just a weird answering machine. Smile

Hey, Sentries.

I've just been thinking about some of the possible explanations HPHack laid out for our being here, and noticing that not all of them are mutually exclusive.

I know that I'm trustworthy, and a lot of the other newcomers are friends of mine that I also know to be Decent Human Beings, but I also seem to recall a cliché about good intentions paving a road into an inferno of sorts.

I mean no disrespect to psychics, but all those myths and legends about people who see more than others tending to also be at least a little mad are rattling around in my head, and I wonder how much we can trust the lady who sent us here, even if she believes she means well.

I worry that even though we believe ourselves to be innocent and well-meaning, our coming here might be used as a distraction to keep you busy while someone does something malicious to you. I'm probably being paranoid, but forewarned is fore-armed, yes?

So, I guess my question is, how do we get to know you without distracting you? And, if someone is planning to attack you somehow, how do we help you shore up your defenses?

Or, more disturbingly, if the attack has already begun and we're somehow part of it, how do we turn those tables?

I'm a little alarmed by what I'm reading in the Sentry blog about your site's crash -- files you can't open, etc. Can you maybe tell us a little more about what exactly happened? We're not all security experts, but hey, collective intelligence -- the more neurons the better, right?

Ya know, I don't know if it's been mentioned here but this B.A. Saint-Feline's name roughly works out to BAst. Bast in the Greek or Bastet in the original Egyptian, the Cat goddess.

Aren't cats the guardians of the underworld?

HPHack, I do think you need a cat for your cricket problem. It probably wouldn't be a bad thing to give this B.A. a call either. Since a lot of questions need answers, an invitation for her to join us here might not be out of order.

There is the whole "black cat" thing, but we're not superstitious, are we?

Whoa... what on earth is that stuff? Freaky picture of BA there with almost a supernatural glow to the surrounding scenery... Any of you campers recognize the ruin picture from your excursion? I feel like it wasn't there by accident...

Holy crap...

As freaky as finding these was... I'm not sure if I'm seeing something where there's nothing, but I played whereareyou.wav through Foobar2000, in which I have a spectrogram visualization running, and I got this:

Something just strikes me as odd about it, look at the "blank spaces" there...

EDIT: This is the spectrograph I got with Audacity:

Dunno if I'm barking up the wrong tree here, but there seems to be some pattern to those blue peaks there... (The red is BA's voice)

Woah... I only got a slight chance to listen to that, but it sounds like BA's talking to Emmet. Does the ambient sounds remind you of Gaia's Hated Child Devouring at all?

Mmm, no, I can hear the name "Devon" in this... Apparently DC is in a pretty rough spot right now.

It's her voice, alright. I just replayed the videos of her that I gakked from YouTube.

Not sure how this got to her site, though... Maybe it has something to do with The Scream...

My bad, she is talking to Devon. Here's a transcription, as best I can do:

Quote:
Devon? Is that you?

Where are you?

I'm fine, one second.

Stop it!

*reads something?* Shit. Devon, I'm here. Can you hear me? Don't hurt him!

Devon, I'm here for you Devon. I will find you. Do you hear me, I'll find you!

Stay strong. You are strong. Stay with me. Believe in me, like I believe in you. If you believe in you, I will find you, I will protect you.

Keep thinking of me.

All throughout it has an ambient sound that resembles (to me) the ambient sounds from Gaia's Hated Child Devouring. If the text helps anyone, there it is.

Incidentally, the wav file was found in the source code on bseeingu.com's main page, since that info isn't above.

Maybe the long E phenome in the unintelligible part could be Greenbriar? Doesn't sound like enough syllables, but if she was mumbling quickly enough? Or maybe I'm just projecting my own biases onto what I hear, like hearing satanic messages when playing records backwards.

Edited to remove my far inferior transcription.
